Stouffers' single serve entrees conveniently post the calorie count on the front of the box, making selection on this basis easy. Low calorie lunchtime has become so much better once I realized that the regular Stouffers entrees are often comparable, or less, in calorie count, than the Lean Cuisine selectons. This baked chicken breast variety, along with the roast turkey, and the stuffed peppers (one or two pepper servings), for example, is lower in calorie than the lean cuisine chicken recipes available. It is also much more satisfying, because richer, without artificial sweeteners or compromised gravies or sauces. In this meal you get a baked chicken portion and very good mashed potatoes, with gravy that is creamy and holds together well without the watery breakdown common to diet single serve entrees. If you stock up and mix and match the under 330 calorie varieties, you can save calories and money on office lunchtime and eat tasty food too. Add an apple or salad for another 100 calories and you're still good.
