Cheap craftsmanship

This tomahawk is NOT, as described, full tang. In the endeavor of stripping small limbs from a downed, dry sapling while camping this last fall, the crappy weld just below the head (conveniently impossible to see behind the "paracord wrap" [cheapest paracord I've ever seen] and between the plastic shims on the handle), broke. (Picture included) I'm lucky I didn't seriously injure myself (thanks only to quick reflexes and lucky hand placement). The rivets that hold the plastic to the metal tang are all that kept the head from flying off and causing real mayhem. This was not my first time using this tomahawk, but it was the first time I got to use it for more than cutting 5 twigs or decapitating game. In one swing, I broke the tang, the plastic shims and the "paracord wrap". See picture.
