It's great for managing some of the pain
romance writer and reader✓ Verified Purchase•August 31, 2017
I bought this chair last Christmas time because mine was getting loose in the back. I wanted one without buttons or layers of cushioning on the back, because I have fibromyalgia and I needed something flat. It's great for managing some of the pain, but the other day, two screws in the back popped off and made half the back loose. My son came over, took off the back, and fixed the chair in no time.If it hadn't been for this, I would have given the chair a five-star rating. I'm just glad it was an easy fix.
Comfortable swivel rocker

I like this comfotable swivel rocking chair and use it a lot. The back is a little short for me when sitting, I'm just under six foot tall, but is okay when lounging. The kick mechanism required to fold back the foot rest does require considerable force. It often takes me two or three tries to get it back into position successfully.
Very comfortable

My mom loves this chair. The only thing that is a negative is that the mechanism for lowering the foot rest is difficult to manage, but this is not so bad that she can't get out of the chair. It just takes a bit of adjustment.

One thing I have learnt is to be careful ordering on line. I am 5'9" and this chair DOE NOT support my neck or head area. Also thr leg rest is very difficult to get down and in.
Fabric is beautiful and has a nice "hand"

Hard to get the foot rest down. Mine rocks rather than glides. Fabric is beautiful and has a nice "hand". Love the swivel. I am 5'9", 200+ lbs. My head is almost even with the top (it's tall), and the wide seat accommodates my 3 yr old and me easily. We enjoy it!
