Delicious over steamed rice
Gigantic Dark•December 21, 2016
I'm not a big fan of ikura ã„ãら which is dipped in soy sauce, this product is close to sujiko ç‹å which is salmon roe in salt, when it came I had half the jar over steamed rice, it was heavenly. PS: It's a Japanese thing.
Fishy and a little gummy.
NNChick•May 5, 2016
I don't mind a fishier salmon roe, but this one just didn't burst either, so it wasn't really the best experience. The price would make me buy it again if I ever make homemade sushi again.
Okay, but I'd suggest another fish

They were more like a salmon jelly than individual eggs. Pretty mushy and even more salty than other red salmon I've tried.
Just awful
Sukie Tawdry•December 31, 2015
It's the consistency of mush and salty beyond belief. Awful. I threw it away.
The caviar tasted like salt and it clumped together in this icky
Alfreda J. Harris•November 3, 2015
The caviar tasted like salt and it clumped together in this icky, slimy manner. It did not look very appetizing but I tried it twice and all I could taste was salt.
