The media could not be loaded. It's perfect. Nice a sturdy. I put it together by myself ( I'm 5'2" 105 lbs) For reference the top mattress is 5" thick and the bottom mattress is 10" thick. Not too tall where I have to worry about my 5 year old and pretty easy to reach to make the top bed and give kisses at night. I didn't attach the slide yet only because it's such a small space but would be fun to attach it during a slumber party or special occasion. Not squeaky like most metal beds.

We got this bed in 2022 when my son was 3 years old. He's now 5 and it brings us all even greater joy. Initially I worried it would be too big, but it has a small footprint, even with the slide! As a short 5'1'' mom, I also worried that I wouldn't be able to chat and hug him goodnight, but it's a non-issue. My son absolutely loved it after set up. At 5yo, he now creates magnatile tunnels on the slide and races his hot wheels cars down the slide and through the tunnels. We've had zero issues with the bed in two years, still works great!
The bed is on a soft rug. We created a reading nook underneath with pillows against the wall and a clip-on-lamp. We also attached a clip-on-drink holder near his pillow (Universal Cup Holder by Accmor). We've used a normal twin sheet set, but avoided all large comforters because they're hard to tuck in - instead my son uses a "Bedsure Sherpa Fleece Blanket Twin Size" which tucks between the frame and mattress.

The first time this was delivered (FedEx) the box was damaged and the bed frame was bent inside the box. Sucks, but it happens. Amazon sent UPS the next day to pick up the damaged box for the return (SUPER EASY) and the replacement was here within a couple of days. Amazon had a label on the new package for 2 person job and it was delivered by Amazon employees. I don't think they could improve the exchange process if they tried because it was literally so easy. Couldn't be happier with the response and quickness. The bed itself is very cute and seems stable enough. For the price and what else is out there right now, this is a great little bed. The only concern I have is the clearance under the bed to the floor is approx. 30 inches or so. So it's a great cozy spot for kids but don't plan to put a clothing dresser or anything that you as a parent need to access on a regular basis under the bed. We set up the bottom with curtain lights and a sheer pink canopy on the top around 3 sides of the bed. The frame is very basic but can easily be decorated or accessorized to fit your kid's aesthetic.

My almost 4-year old daughter loves her new "big girl" bed with a slide. We put her ball pit at the end of the slide and a pink canopy on top, and now she wants to play in her room all day. The construction is very sturdy and the slide is fast. It's just the right height for a younger child, and we added the bottom part of a trundle bed below to make it into a mini-bunk bed for sleepovers. We are very happy with this purchase, as there wasn't much comparable for the price point.

I really like this bed but there are a few cons as well. First, it is really heavy and well made but not very easy to take upstairs. It was pretty easy to install but nice to have another person for the bigger parts. It is extremely durable as well. My wife and I usually have to carefully get into it with our son at night to cuddle until he falls asleep but it holds us! (Over 300 lbs total) there's plenty of room underneath for him to play with toys or store things but not enough for an adult to stand up. This is nice because if he ever fell off of it he's not too high to get seriously injured. We set the bed up both with and without the slide and felt safe either way. The bed is a little noisy because of the metal parts but not loud enough to hear outside of the room. I would certainly buy it again if needed!
