So if you're into personal fitness or just want a little extra energy during the day this is a great drink. 0 calories, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, all the taste and all the energy. My suggestion is start with 1/2 a can and assess your tolerance. And not for people under 18 year old. But..... if you buy it in the stores it's around $3-$3.50 a can. This is way cheaper
