This is an excellent product, thought I have found vanilla extract for a much lower price, so this is a very good product, but other high quality vanilla extracts are available at a lower price, though it did not have the word "Gourmet" on the label.

Very good quality vanilla extract. I really like the Rodelle Products I have purchased. I truly believe that quality baking deserves quality ingredients.

I have been using this vanilla in all my baking since purchasing in December. It is a very clear, clean vanilla flavor that shines through each of my recipes. I have also used their Pure Vanilla Extract (not the Gourmet) and I obviously don't have the palate to tell the difference. Both products are excellent and I would recommend either one. Made in the USA and gluten free is a plus. (And if I put a drop behind each ear, my husband will follow me anywhere!...the fragrance is compelling.)

Really lovely vanilla. I add it to my coffee for vanilla lattes every morning. Smells delicious.
