I have installed 2 of these now they are durable, weather resistant, and fairly easy to install. I installed mine in brick and there is nothing easy about that. But once a hole has been opened i found the nearest inside outlet and piggybacked off of it. I had it installed in 20 minutes it took me 1.5 hours to use a grinder with a ceramic blade, a hammer drill and a jack hammer to get through the brick and cinder block in my house.the price isn't bad. I installed mine with a gfi or gcfi.

This is the toughest box I have ever seen, period. I work within the heavy industrial construction world, and this outlet box if off the charts solid, easy to install, but BIG, not huge but big.

I purchased this for the intent on installing on the facade of our church for a wreath. I wanted to have a weatherproof in use cover and outlet but not on the surface of the brick or have a cover sticking out. After getting within 3 days of ordering it came in air packs and came with a 1/2" Black romex grommet and a Brown GFCI and regular receptacle cover, new brick work housing to fit it into after brick work is done and a weatherproof gasket to place between the two plastic structures.
To get started I busted brick and passed MC cable into back of box from attic space. On back and sides of the box it has 5 different 1/2" plastic knock outs. After connecting Mc connector, an outlet sits in there fine. There is space inside to put a regular plastic receptacle cover which is not pictured in attached photos but you can see weather resistant receptacle inside. I am very happy with this product and will install at my own house soon and definitely use again. This is definitely worth busting brip ck and retrofitting into existing structures.

After 6 months or so this product is still maintaining its natural color, which would appear to be due the product being very well fabricated.â¹ Of course everything situation calls for a certain remedy, therefore make sure to choice which product is correct for your specific application. This particular product has a very low profile, and has a very good waterproof weatherproof-in-use cover.
