This product 100% saved me on my cruise that I took last month (it was a bachelor party cruise...suffice to say there was a lot of alcohol involved). I would normally have one at the end of the night before sleep and one when I woke up. Never got a hangover. The taste is good, its easy to drink and mix, and I would buy again.

I believe this hydration formula works very well, because of how it makes me feel. For that reason, I will continue taking it, but, I must admit the taste is kind of sickening. It really tastes awful to me. I have taken to mixing in some orange flavored Calm -- but that doesn't really make it much better. If I buy these again, I will try another flavor and hope that it is more palatable.
