Awesome screen! Love the sturdy aluminum frame! Would buy again in a heartbeat!
I built my own screen several years ago, and was about to make another one, until I realized that the materials would end up costing almost as much as one of these, so it was a no brainer. I wanted something easy :-) Decided to give this a go and so glad I did. About an hour or so of assembly and viola! Nice new screen! And no need to hunt for materials at Amazon, Home Depot and Michael's or JoAnne's fabric to make my own - its all in one box, and with just a little assembly, you're good to go!
Probably the "hardest" part is stretching the screen nice and tight onto the frame, just take your time and care, and its more then doable. Other then that, follow instructions, and you won't have to undo anything :-)
And the picture quality? Yes! I used blackout cloth on my old screen, and I bought this one with a white background. The picture quality between the two is about the same, which is really good! I have a naturally dark room on the shaded side of the house with really dark curtains. I can make it dark even in broad daylight. Can't say how good the white background will be if you have a lot of ambient light (they have several available background options) but for my application in a dark room its awesome!

Very happy with this purchase. I am using an Epson 5040UB projector and the combination is very good. Certainly nothing wrong with paying 10x as much for a more popular brand, except for the price. I have not done a side by side comparison, but have seen numerous reviews on this product by those with special test equipment, where this product ranked very high. I have convinced myself that I could not have done better than this screen for this price, nor do I regret this purchase at this price. I tell myself that I can always upgrade the screen in the future and I'm only out a few hundred $$, which is a pretty small price to pay. However, in reality, I don't ever see myself upgrading, as I am very happy with the performance and not sure that my eyes would be able to really tell that I spent 10x less for this screen. As far as setup goes, It was fairly straight forward. I won't say "easy", but certainly not "challenging". One comment would be to try and get the mounting clips aligned before you put it on the wall, as once up, it does not slide from side to side (for centering on the wall) easily. The clips will "bind" when you try to slide the screen, so take a few minutes up front and get the clips lined up in the correct spot to begin with.

Purchased and installed the 100inch screen and have loved everything about this screen. Size of the screen is a perfect fit for our media room and it was super easy to install...as long as you measure 3 times and drill once. It took me about an hour to assemble and hang on the wall after I did some pre-planning.
This is the first movie screen I have ever purchased, so I don't have anything to compare it to in regards to brightness or color rendition. The picture looks great, and I am a very picky person when it comes to picture quality. I am a video editor, so I'm kind of a snob when it comes sharpness and color.
I ordered the BenQ DLP HD 1080p Projector (HT2050), and am very satisfied with this setup. My next door neighbor came over and looked at my setup and said mine looks better than his $6k setup. Boom! #winning

Was going to have a go at one of those DIY screens and build my own screen. Granted it would have been at least half the cost for the size screen I wanted, but once I started building this one, boy am I glad I didn't build my own. The price yes was higher than I would have liked, but considering the quality of the product and how much easier it is, it is definitely worth it! Some other reviews made note to the instructions. The ones included were fine, clearly told you what to do and with pictures to help explain. I think they may have improved them. The quality of the frame and screen is excellent. Very very strong as it's all made out of metal, and is very easy to put together. I put the 150" screen together myself in about an hour, but needed two people to hang it because of the size and weight. The screen came rolled so no big creases to worry about, and any small crinkles in the screen disappeared once it was stretched out on the frame. As I say I was hesitant to spend this amount, but would have no problem in highly recommending this product. Very good quality, the finished product looks excellent, and is so so much easier than building your own.

Excellent screen. Purchased the 120" 16:9 grey screen. Assembly was fairly simple. Frame was easily put together and all parts fit together nicely. Unrolling and attaching the screen to the frame was straight forward and easily done. Reminded me of snapping a boat cover on my friends Lund fishing boat. Required only a moderate amount of effort to stretch and attach the screen. Some reviews noted they had difficulty attaching the center support bar to the back of the frame after the screen was attached. A simple and effective way to attaché this bar, which is a tight fit to assure there is proper tension on the screen to avoid wrinkles or waves in the screen, is to fit one side into the frame and the other end on an angle in the slot on the frame and then use a rubber mallet to tap the bar into place. This technique worked very well and avoided any damage to the frame or screen.
One assembled and mounted, the screen does an excellent job with my Sharp XV-Z3000 projector (10 year old projector). Excellent picture quality when using a blue ray player. Also, excellent picture quality with a PS4. Cable TV also looks good on normal signal (not high definition).
Overall, very pleased with the quality of the product, ease of assembly and quality of the picture.
