Great motor worth its price. Easily reaches near its top rpm rating with some load.
Tested w 24V nominal and it was about 3000 rpm.
Don't go for cheapies. Get this one.

I put this on a scooter and I it scoots at 36 volts. I reached a top speed of 22mph. very high quality and very tough, I can count how many times I crashed and it stills works like a charm.
