Wonderful product and for some reason hard to find in supermarkets. I travel often and whenever I find the Chef Paul's Seafood Seasoning I pick up a jar. I was running low and none of my local markets carried it so I ordered it from Amazon. Its a huge size (what I call a Costco size) but I'm happy to have it on hand again. I saved my smaller glass bottle and refilled from this large one. No other seafood seasoning is better on salmon!

I'm no longer interested in pizza without a sprinkle of this on top. Heat? Check! Sweet? Check!
It's not too spicy (I'd call it "medium"), and obviously I don't want candy on my pizza; it's just a real nice combo of both.
It doesn't take anything away from the other toppings of your choice, but it would suffice as the only topping if you're trying to rescue a plain pizza.
I've never been able to find this locally, so I definitely buy ahead on Amazon to make sure I don't run out.

The BEST salmon seasoning. I love broiling my salmon and dressing it up with this yummy seasoning. I buy a big fillet from Costco and cut it about every 2 to 2 1/2 inches crosswise and then put the pieces about an inch apart from each other on a foil covered cookie sheet or broiler pan that is lightly spritzed with olive oil. I sprinkle salt and garlic powder on one side of the fish and broil it until it looks gently cooked I can usually smell when it is getting ready to turn). Then I flip the fish pieces over and sprinkle with garlic powder and Salmon Magic seasoning. I broil the fish until the edges are just starting to turn brown. The flavor of this seasoning has a tiny hint of sweetness mixed with a nice tangyness. I haven't found anything quite like it. But shhhhh. It's a secret. If everyone finds out how good it is, it may be out of stock next time I go to buy it. On the other hand, if it is quite popular then maybe it's insurance that they'll keep making it.

4 bottles chicken, seafood, steak and vegetables ---then read ingredients on all four and ingredients all the same on all four except 1 minor ingredient on one!! In other words one only needs one Blackened Seasoning bottle--it will suffice for all blackened cooking. Just hard to find in grocery stores. Previously always bought one.

This stuff makes me like salmon. Gives it a crunchy flavorful outer skin. I use it on the barbecue. I've also used it on other types of fish. It's really something delicious. Gives it a little salty, crunch on the barbecue.
