Has CPVC type fittings on the two valves- NOT compatible with PEX, Copper Pipe, or NPT

1st - This has valves with type CPVC connections. It is not compatible with PEX or Copper Pipe or NPT. Look at the manufacturer's specification at http://www.lspproducts.com/docs/spec_sheets/SpecialtyProducts/OutletBoxes/FireWMOB.pdf It lists the valve fitting type and part numbers that indicate valve connection type, whether the unit is assembled/unassembled, and whether the valves have hammer arrestors. I needed a fire rated utility box. My laundry is in the garage and the plumbing is located in the fire wall separating the garage from the living room. I need to check to see if the 1 hr/ 2hr fire rating meets local codes. The description states all types of plumbing, but this is an incorrect statement. The box and brackets look to be made of some type of PVC and there is a black insulation material that looks to be bonded with glue to the back panel of the Outlet Box.
