Works good for around the house moving of boxes and material. I like the flexibility and ease of transforming into a cart or dolly. I have not used it for heavy loads (e.g., couches, refrigerator, washing machine), but don't see why others have mentioned it would be a problem.

Happy with the overall product. Works just fine. Be careful when assembling. You have to be careful when putting the wheels on and tighten both sides simultaneously or else the frame will constrict and the wheel shaft will appear to be too short for the truck. Other than that it's a great product.

Good but can be better. Every time you change the cart setting from a hand truck to a flatbed you need to use the 2 pins provided. If you lose any of the pins can't use the cart. If the manufacturing change this detail it will turn this model into a better one.

As soon as we got it, we noticed that one of the metal handles would not fully insert. Because returning this item would be a pain, we decided to just use one handle. However, it kept falling out whenever we moved the dolly around, and eventually fell into an elevator crack that we couldn't reach. So now we use it without both the metal handles....and while it still kind of works, it sucks. The yellow part is not as sturdy when the handles aren't holding it in place.
