My husband is a union carpenter and these save his back and his waist from his bags rubbing on them. He loves them.

CONS-Constantly adjusting shoulder pads, had to tape hooks closed, would disengage from belt when bending or kneeling. No chest strap to keep suspenders in place.

I love the tool belt. Bought these to go with it. They work, but they are not as comfortable as I thought they would be. They also tangle more easily than others I have had.
