Don't be abusive to the non-stick and they will last you a long time

I bought this exact set 12 years ago from a local store and they have served me very well. They get used regularly, but had rules (no metal utensils) and they have lasted because of it. Over the last year or two they started getting put into the dishwasher and finally I've started to notice that while the coating is not chipping or flaking at all, they weren't as non-stick as they were for year 1. I think that is fair and happily bought another set. I was worried when this set said "new version" I still do not know what is new about these because they seem the same so far, but if these two pans last even half as long as the last two pans, I'll consider it a success. Non-stick is one of those things that if you take care of it (no metal touching them and i'm even a little leery of wood AND hand wash, they should last a long time)
The finish on these pans is too fragile

My order of two pans came slightly damaged in the shipping box, despite the exterior of the box being undamaged. I decided it was not worth returning, as only some of the nonstick coating had been scraped off the lip of the smaller pan, almost like it had been abraded when packing. Since it wasn't the cooking surface, I didn't care. The pans are great for the nonstick factor, but the surface is very fragile. Trying to be delicate with a wooden spatula, I still scratched the surface the first time I used the pan. And trying again with plastic spatula on the second time making eggs, I scratched the pan again. This seems even less durable than the nonstick Calphalon pan I was replacing. I don't recommend them.
i used one of the pan and was a little disappointed by the amount of elbow grease i had to ...

this definitely reeks of quality. straight out of the box you can tell from the look and weight of it that it has substance. the pans were larger than i expected but the value in buying 12 pieces encouraged me to purchase this. i used one of the pan and was a little disappointed by the amount of elbow grease i had to use to remove dried on stains from cooked food on it. with its non stick quality i'd have expected it to come right off. I'm considering buy protectors for stacking as it seems like the inside finish might get scratched or damaged and at this price point this is not something that i'd want to happen. i have a flat surface electric stove and it stays well on the burner, no undue moving around which i was worried about prior to purchase. i do hope i can get a 1 quart saucepan in this line as the smallest is too big for making tea or warming milk, etc.
It came out looking like a magazine cover

Did a test run of a young turkey. It came out looking like a magazine cover, and tasted perfect also.
Cooked a 21.5 lb. turkey in it for Thanksgiving. You might be able to go a little larger, but it was getting close to the limit concerning length. Everything about it was great, (haven't tried the injector yet). I had a variety of root vegetables and aromatics in the pan, nothing stuck.Clean up was very easy. Looking forward to using it again. If I had to change one thing, it would be the handle design. They curve inward. I'm sure there's a reason for that, but when cooking a very large bird like I did, I could have used the 1-2" inches straight handles would have given me. But that is pure preference, so I can't ding them for that.

Is it safe to use ?

I bought this set on Thanksgiving night, $10 less than usual. After it arrived,I opened the box, I was so surprised to see that the interior of the bigger one was not quite smooth, there are some little black dots on the surface. And it is the soft coating material! It's like the almost dried paint and I could easily get it off with my finger nail. No wonder some users mentioned that the coating comes off. Beside, the handle is too long for my arm. So I am returning them.
