NOT induction compatible. There isn't enough steel in the add on base plate to work with my Bosch cook top. The pans would hum alarmingly loud even at low temperatures. They each worked one time with a very loud hum at very high burner temps (low pan temp). I had seasoned them per the instructions and hand washed when done. The second time, the large pan would only work on my smallest burner. Returning.

These pans do a really good job even without a trace of added fat, including foods without much fat in them. A bit of added fat also works well when using them. They clean up easily, both on the inside and outside. These are a nice addition to my collection, and I am using them more than my old favorite pans.
Great value works on induction

Decent quality for a low price and no cancer causing chem. I found the larger pan had to be used on a smaller size burner with our induction range. It did not seem to recognize it on the large burner. I assume it is because the stainless bottom is a smaller circle than the overall pan size. No problem, works well on the small burner. At this low price even if they dont last forever I will be happy. They can go in dishwasher.
