I have thin skin and get awful bruises on my arms. The bruises are huge, dark and happen if I just touch something or if my arm itches and I scatch it. They are very unsightly and I am embarrased by them. Amicare clears them up in half the time that normally takes them to heal!!

This was recommended to me by someone else with an injury. She swears by it, but I didn't notice that it helped at all, and it made my skin feel sort of prickly after application. However, I have skin sensitivities (can't touch wool, for instance) so it's probably just me.

True that it's quick absorbing and non-greasy. And it has virtually no smell which I love. However, as far as easing muscle pain and discomfort, it literally did nothing. I could have rubbed water on and it would have done the same thing. Would not buy again.

Toss out your Bengay, Aspercreme, Biofreeze and anything else you have! This stuff is GOLD! My friend recommended this to me as I was having a lot of inflammation in my arms from over coaching at the gym. I really love this stuff, it works almost instantly for me and there is no smell or burning!
