This is a really nice bow especially for the price. The workmanship is excellent except for the siyah, which are poorly finished and were apparently placed in the protective cloth cover while the lacquer was still wet. (The case stuck to the siyah leaving black marks.) The service on the string is also too thick for my arrow nocks. But it draws smoothly and has little shock. I suspect it is made of PVC, but I am not about to peek under the beautifully laced limb covers to find out. I recommend this bow.

This was my first experience with archery, and I very much enjoy shooting this bow. I'm 5'8" 165 lb male, pretty well muscled and I got the 55 lb pull. It is not difficult at all to pull for me. I hope this helps
