Flavor and texture are not what you expect from a gummy.

Taste and texture are terrible. The vitamins may be good for you, I've not had them long enough to tell if they're helping or not. Most gummies are similar to gummy bears, etc, these are not. The texture with these is more like bubble gum? They don't taste like bubble gum though. I really can't describe the flavor but it's not very good. I'll continue to choke these down and see how they work, but I won't buy them again. I gave it 3 stars because I didn't buy these for the flavor, I bought them because I need a daily vitamin.
New hair growth and stronger nails in 4 months

I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. I took these gummies for two months and was not going to order another bottle when I noticed my thinning hair had lots of tiny new growth pushing out. So, I ordered another bottle, probably the bottle this review is for. At the end of 4 months of taking these gummies my previously brittle nails are much stronger and do not break or split anymore. I have a layer of new hair growth that is roughly an inch long now. The new growth is very obvious. My thinning hair let my scalp show through the hair but I can see this new growth will cover my scalp better. So, I don't know why these gummies reversed my 60ish thinning hair or strengthened my nails, but I am ordering another jar now. I do wish they made better-tasting gummies; these

These are the first vitamins I've ever taken that actually make me FEEL better! Maybe they are super effective because they're made with real food? Who knows, but I'm thrilled. I don't understand people who critique the flavor: they don't "taste awful" nor do they "taste like candy". People, they're vitamins! These aren't supposed to be snacks. They taste relatively sweet but not overwhelming. Unlike other gummy vitamins, they aren't coated with sugar and you don't need 6 per day -- only 2 per day and you're done! I'm ordering more for sure.

The gummies stick together in a clump. I rated it a 4 for this reason. I have to use a utensil to grab a clump hen tear the gummies apart. On the positive side, they taste amazing and the ingredients can't be beat. This is a 4 out 5 because they are the best tasting and the best ingredients around. Especially for the price!

These do not taste bad at all! I was expecting them to taste awful. I only took one the first day to try it out-no side effects. Just a very slight vitamin taste at first, but as you chew it ends up tasting like candy. I can deal with these. I was using Alive regular vitamins and decided I'm tired of swallowing hard pills. I really love this brand!
