I purchased 2 of this product in Apr 2015. Recently, I went to rotate my mattress and before I got started, saw that the zipper separated from the material it was attached to. Upon closer inspection, I could not find any threads ever having gone through the material. It appears that the zipper was glued to the material so I'm not surprised that I only got a little over a year of good use.
I want to make clear that there aren't any kids jumping on the bed or otherwise getting abused. This separated through normal use.
Obviously the item is useless with a gaping hole in the side of the mattress! UNSATISFACTORY.
