So easy to use!

I was ready to order the brush-style plates, but then I saw these, and they are so amazingly easy to use! Even on wires and cables that are already through the wall, which with these you don't have to unplug, just pull the two halves of the plate apart and interlock them back together around the wires. And the price was very attractive too. Order some extras, you'll want to use them again and again.

Love the split plate design -- its super useful to retroactively add a finishing touch to a cable/telecom installer's wire when the ends of the wire is no longer accessible. The plate does have a hard time staying tightly together and tends to gap very slightly at the split seam. Also the rubber grommet didn't want to seal the opening tightly (the flaps would get pushed open by the wire and leave large gaps). I ended up using this plate and then using expandable foam caulking inside this plate/box and also injected a bit in to the seam and wiped excess before it set to provide a better seal/finished look.

These are way too expensive in stores-- this was exactly what we were looking for to hide cords in the wall for a wall-mounted TV. The rubber center helps to keep the cords in place and from falling back into the wall when not attached, plus it just looks more clean than anything else.
Good but not the best wall cover enclosure.

I like this wall cover but it could use improvement Pros:
-does what it describes its supposed to do
-split down the middle makes it easier to fish cables out of the wall
Cons:
-the clips that allow you to split it apart and put it back together again are not designed well
-easily slides off clips when assembling together and mounting.
I used this as a wire feeding outlet for our tv and it works as it is supposed to. It could use a couple of improvements. But otherwise I can't complain about it.

We bought this to cover the big hole we needed behind our tv that all the cables run through. It looks so nice and we are able to pull one cable through if we want with out the others coming with it. It fits a regular outlet size. Make sure to get plate that this screws into also. It came on time and well packaged and we are happy with this purchase.
