I bought this for my husband who snored very loud during his sleep all night, at first his using this he feel uncomfortable but still he manage to used it until now. I observed that it works on him, its not totally perfect but he minimize his snoring time I did hear his strange snored like his chasing his breath and growling like an animals. again this is not perfect anti snoring but it helps a lot to minimize your snores. very easy to use, carefully check the instructions.

These invisible nasal strips are a big improvement over the previous version. I don't feel discomfort when inserting it and it seams to stay inside my nose pretty good. It definitely opens up airways for breathing easier. Now as far as snoring goes: it does not completely eliminate snoring. It definitely helps a lot to minimize it and maybe over time I will learn to breath more thru the nose.
WoodyKnows has given me nasal relief for 7 days now.

Allergy season is here. Some of us get swollen nasal passages that make breathing through the nose difficult, particularly when lying down. It took me 70 years to figure out it is my nasal passages that are closing up...try holding nostrils open with a finger and if it helps, then it is the nasal passage and not some other problem. I tried the BreathRite large strips and they do help, but aren't the answer for me. Considered putting a tube in my nostril to expand it, but after reading many reviews purchased the WoodyKnows. The large size fits my nostril and expands it enough so I can breath through the nose. When allergy is severe the nasal passage is still somewhat restricted, but this does work. The flexible plastic fitting does irritate the nostril when it is inflamed, makes me feel as if I have to sneeze. This is the best trade off I have found in man made devices.

I know this might sound odd, but my husband snores through his nose. It amazes me, but it's true. Thus, trying to close his mouth or using those chin straps won't work since his mouth is already closed. I stumbled onto these while doing a search and since i didn't know what size would fit my husband's inner nostrils, i got the S-M-L one for his birthday. 😉 Hehe. Maybe it should've been for my birthday. 😆 Anyways, my husband tried it and i had the most peaceful sleep! He even said he could breath better and felt more rested. It was a win-win situation! Guess it was a good birthday present after all. My husband ended up using the small size. The medium and large sizes are huge! Can't imagine why they would even need to make an x-large size. I guess Woody Knows noses best!
