Does its job, but door is no longer closing shut

It did the job of initially keeping our small children away from the pool. My daughter did find a section where it didn't quite connect to the wall and she squeezed in...so there is that. We do make the mistake of hanging our towels on the fence, which wrecks the fence. The door is no longer closing, which annoys me, but my husband says it is fixable. Not sure when he will get around to that...
Instructions are horrible...but the gate works

I don't know who wrote the "instructions" for this thing, but they need to be drawn and quartered. I'm a handy guy. There's not much around the house or outside it that I can't tackle. This little fence gate was a pain in the A$$. Poor poor instructions, and several design flaws. The "light lean" of the gate posts is overkill in my application. The gate itself doesn't even match the pictures in the instructions, so deciding how each screw is supposed to fit is not fun. Took too long to install, should have been a much easier process instead of a bunch of trial and error. The gate works, and the kids are safe, but for this kind of money I want more than a ten cent piece of paper with no real instructions.

So far the gate works great. I didn't expect that the hardware was going to be a different vendor than the gate. There were no pre-drilled holes and the instructions were not that clear. I had to remove one side of the screen to cut the metal frame and move, since the gate was not setup to take the hardware that was shipped with it.
It is a strange magnetic catch/latch that I've never seen before, so I took extra time to make sure I understood what the heck was going on with this. It's really not that difficult, just annoying that there are no pre-drilled holes or any clear indication on where to mount the hardware.
Once it was complete, works good so far, I just think the vendor could do a better job of providing clear instructions and possibly pre-drilling so there is no confusion.

So I don't do a lot of reviews... however the customer service at Life Saver is amazing.... I ordered the gate and several sections of fence from the amazon warehouse, it said everything was fine except for some minor scratches ( I figured why not, its going to get scratched anyway outside) when it arrived, AMAZON totally dropped the ball..... it was missing all the hardware to install it. I contacted Life saver (Chris in Cust care) and simply amazing... he did everything to make sure i was taken care of... The fence is beautiful, great solid quality. backed by a top notch company... very very happy with the purchase... thank you Life Saver..........

We put this safety fence and gate straight across our patio to keep our little people out of the pool. Although drilling the holes into the cement patio was challenging because we hit rebar, once that was done, putting it up was easy. It's also easy to take down. I was afraid beforehand that it would be kinda ugly and hard to see through, but neither is true. I was also afraid it would be flimsy and not really keep the kids out, but it is quite sturdy. I'm very happy with this safety fence.
