After diagnosing the source of the washing machine leak I ordered this part. It was extremely easy to take off the top cover of my LG washing machine and since this part is right on top in the back it was easily accessible and very fast to remove the broken part and install this new one. It has been about a month and so far so good. On a side note it actually took me longer to repair my cold water shut off valve in the wall because it's an older gate valve that started leaking around the stem after I turned the water off and then back on.
Seems like it is good quality, but did not fit my LG WM3500CW

I thought this would fit my WM3500CW, but it was a little too tall and the wire harnesses would not connect. Otherwise the part seems of good quality, I just was not able to test it thoroughly.
