There are lots of biotin products out there, but I only use certain OTC brands since I know where and how they're made and this is one of them. I do like the gummies, but my teeth don't. It's an overly sugared world. This product avoids that and my skin doesn't look gray and like parchment anymore. It's rosy and as thick as it was when I was 40.
