I purchase the Natrol Biotin 5000mcg and think it works great, BUT I find that the old cherry flavored dissolved better than the strawberry does. I've been taking it for the past 3-4 years and my nails can attest to the quality of this Biotin. They used to split constantly and after taking one 5000mcg Biotin per day for 6 months, the splitting stopped and they were very strong and healthy. This is one supplement that I make sure not to slack off on taking. :-)

This is now my second bottle of the fast dissolve biotin, so needless to say I've been using it long enough to see if it works. It does! I originally started taking this because I wanted to really strengthen my nails and really grow them. They were always breaking very easily. Since I've started using this my nails have gotten so long I actually have to file them down now! They aren't breaking either, though I do use other products that help with that.
My hair has been growing faster too! I love that because I had cut it shorter a while back and it was taking forever to grow back. A while after I started taking this (you don't see results right away, btw) I noticed that my hair was growing quicker. Only drawback is that it's not just the hair on your head that grows faster. I have to shave more often now.
I only take one tablet a day, but may test out two to see if I can get even better results. I like the taste of it as well, it's as if I'm sucking on a piece of candy.. kind of like smarties or something along those lines. Overall I like this a lot and will continue to purchase it as I begin to run low.
