I'm used to tons of inaccurate descriptions posted by sellers that don't actually ever see the product in person. But WOW! This stuff really is nothing but sticky crepe paper. Do not rely on this to prevent overapray or paint being spilled on the masked surface.

I'm using this tape for art projects and I like it for that purpose. It's done a great job! It would also be good as an all around general purpose masking tape. It's a nice width, 1 1/2", so it's easy to work with.

Never thought I would spend time actually writing a review of masking tape, but this brand is so bad that I had to let people know. It is thin, flimsy, and will not pull straight without splitting (if you use masking tape much, you know what that means). It took me 10 minutes to put three pieces of tape on a box because the tape kept tearing down the side. So don't waste money on this cheap stuff - spend a little more and buy a known brand.

I rarely give one star ratings, but it was difficult to get the tape off the spindle. It came off the spindle in strips. Also, the adhesion didn't work out very well.
