Great stuff; nothing like Italian grits. This is "instant" mode; thank goodness no 30-45 minutes stirring. Bought it thru AMZ, since I live in Bakersfield, CA and hereabouts one can't find anything other than grits and white gravy.

This adds great flavor to the crackers I make. A good pantry size box. I find to major differed between this and corn meal. A great product and I will buy it again.

If you love corn you'll love polenta and we have used this one time and time again. Cook it up, you r it into a container, let it cool, place in trig, and whenever you're hungry slice off a bit a fry it up or broil it w/ an olive oil coating.
