Don't waste your money

As a sports/dance rehab specialist, this product is a waste of money. You nearly have to do a "Chinese split" to get any strengthening benefits IF possible to receive any benefits at all. I ordered this for a dancer whose his feet are strong and it is useless. So if you're a regular person, there is nearly NO tension for strengthening/straightening effects.

I don't expect this or any other gadget to fix my bunions, but it does help stretch out the toes at the end of the day and that feels really good. I wear another gadget at night for my left foot as that is the bunion that is really leaning in.
