Worked great for our outdor party. The temps dropped to 30° outside and this carafe kept or drinks warm for hours. No dispensing issues. Easy to take apart and clean too!
The only thing I don't love is the giant button on top you press to dispense the beverages. It's kind of awkward to press. I can see how for some people this style of button would not work.

We purchased this to supply our street/homeless outreach team with a convenient way to serve hot chocolate on those COLD winter nights. It worked flawlessly! We were able to store it in the back of our SUV with no spills, leaks, etc. The drink stayed HOT well beyond our 3 hours out in 30 degree weather. We could even serve our kids a hot, steaming cup after we got home. Highly recommended for a variety of uses. :)

Great item! I ordered two of these for my daughter's birthday celebration. She wanted a chocolate station and these worked great. They looked very sleek and elegant on the decorated table and kept the hot chocolate very hot. After the party I was worried about getting the pump clean since i had used milk to prepare the beverages. After a good cleaning, I simply pumped very hot water through the airpot and that took care of everything. I have used this item with both coffee and hot chocolate and it worked great.

I use this for college football tailgating. Keeps two and a half pots of coffee warm for those cold early games. It will leak if it is turned on its side in the trunk of your car so as long as it is vertical this thermos works well.
So good that it almost defies physics!

I bought 6 of these to be able to demonstrate the product for my tea company with samples of iced tea this weekend for an outdoor festival that I was working. . It was a roasting 92 degrees that day. For about 5 hours, the flasks were in direct sunlight. I would have moved them but there wasn't a way to do that. The flask exteriors got hot to the touch, so I knew that my iced teas were going to get ruined. To my surprise, they stayed very cold ALL DAY LONG! This flask is so good, it almost defies physics!
