My husband loves green beans and spaetzle, I ordered these as a treat for his birthday dinner. I added these to steamed green beans with a beer and bacon sauce and they turned out perfectly!
Decent spaetzle, but the price was a little high

The Good: Unless you have a grocery store or specialty store that tries to expand their international pantry, it's often difficult to find these noodles, so I was very happy to find them on Amazon. There are different types, and this one is somewhere between the stout almost dumpling style and the ribbon varieties. I prefer the dumpling style, and these were very decent. They boiled quickly and were bouncy vehicles for our favorite butter and cheese sauces.
The Bad: These were decent spaetzle, but for the price, I was expecting more. I would pay this price for a smaller amount of fresh spaetzle, but not for a dried pantry staple.
Pros:
-Tasty
-Easy to prepare
-Conviniet to order online
Cons:
-Expensive
Buy again:
-At a lower price, yes.

Delicious and easy

They are almost as good as my mother's home made Spaetzle in Swabia, Germany....the birthplace of Spaetzle.
I use the Bechtle Spaetzle with my Sunday roast, goulash or simply with a high quality Emmentaler cheese.

They're okay. Though they appear to be more of a noodle, these cook up as decent Spaetzle.
