Bottles Are Great, Some Arrived Broken, Costumer Service Was Good

The bottles are well made, no complaints there.
The packaging was not great. The bottles were in a box, with cardboard dividers. There was no other padding, so naturally they took a beating while shipping. My first order of 12, had 4 broken. I notified amazon customer service who "facilitated" contact with the supplier. The supplier then sent 12 more (no hassle/charge). Of the new 12 bottles, 3 meet an untimely end along the way.
So I bought 12 bottles, had to request a replacement, and ended up with 17 bottles and 24 caps. (Your results may vary haha...). If it were not for the packaging, I would say 5 stars.
