Worthless Spot Light

Don't waste your money on this solar light. Based on positive reviews U ordered this spot light to illuminate a U.S. flag 3-4' above the light. Provides virtually zero illumination. Plus the description said natural white, not bluish. Well guess what, it is very blueish. The one reviewer who included photos of how he did up landscape lighting with these? LOL Well it is hard for me to believe he used this same light. I'm returning mine and recommend you look at some other for of lighting because this one I'm afraid is only good at taking your money.

I have purchased other units with varying satisfaction. This units (bought two) performed comparatively above average. Most important, I charged them two days before use as suggested , the next two nights they illuminated brightly all night. The extra long cable makes optimum placement very easy versus units with no or short cables. Units are short on features that may be of concern to some people: no off or low intensity select button, but can turn off for storage by disconnecting cable. I don't like the white boarder trim, it stands out too much in the landscape. I will update the review if longevity is a problem.
Two years?!? I am amazed.

I have bought so many solar landscape spotlights that failed I'd just about given up. I bought two of these in 2015 along with three other solar yard lights. These two still work. In March 2017. Amazingly sometimes till dawn. I am so glad to know a solar spotlight can be more than decent. Thanks. (These plants are about 7' tall).
Great alternative to high monthly electric bill! Same light output, durable, and highly recommended.

I have now purchased over 10 of these lights from the manufacturer and am extremely pleased with every single one.
I have used these lights all over my house from illumination of shrubs, trees, walkways, and even accent lighting on the house itself.
These lights cut on shortly after the sunset and stay illuminated until the early morning hours before dawn.
I purchased my first set over a year ago and those first lights are still working, haven't faded, or cracked or diminished. These are a perfect alternative to a high monthly electric bill. I haven't had to replace any internal batteries nor have I had to return any defective items. I've attached some pictures to show exactly how much light these out out. (Keep in mind I specifically purchased the WHITE LED lights).
I'v used these for shrub illumination, tree illumination, and accent lighting for the front of my house. Keep in mind these are all solar energy lights and a great to utilize a free power source!

I have purchased almost 20 of these over the past two years. I have beautiful palms that look fantastic at night here in Hawaii. I wanted to light them and some of the plant beds. These are perfect for that! They give the palms a very "resort" feel. Last year (2015) we had deluges of storms and flooding rains for almost 6 weeks. Only one of the lights (now almost two years old) leaked water inside and stopped working. My gardener and hubby have cut two of the wires, so they don't work. Another friend cut one accidentally, but he rewired it, and it works fine. So I just re-ordered three more units, to replace the damaged ones. By the way, when I first started ordering these, they were almost $30 per light, so this price is awesome! One more note: I believe the light that went out only did that because I point the face of the lights UP the trees - if had been facing straight forward or down, it would not have had to struggle with all that water beating on it. A GREAT product for the price, IMHO.
