These lights are solid construction and heavy, as you can see from the scale. I also like that it's an MR16 bulb (Which is the standard), so you can use it as is at 2700 (warm color temperature), or you can switch the bulb out for the color that matches your current landscape lighting. I believe these will be waterproof for some time as they have stood up to the sprinklers for a week and no issues whatsoever. The darker color blends right in with my landscape and trees, so it doesn't distract from the house. The connectors are well made and went onto my 12gauge wire without issue, so I appreciate that. My only thing is these should not be in the 40 dollar range, maybe the low 30's like some of the box stores. Good quality and good purchase.
