The packaging was really bad, the box was ripped, the cardboard was bubbly like it was exposed to water, and the pyramid itself was kinda beaten up. The stand for the pyramid was covered in dried salt, the screws on the bottom were rusted and the lamp inside jiggled around way more than it should, and the overall build feels like it was built from scrap. The pyramid's tip was broken but after that I would have to say it's okay. I would recommend buying from a better company who takes better care of their products.

Beautiful, serene and I just love it! It arrived with a broken bulb but one was shipped immediately. Great customer service and gorgeous product! I use it in my therapy office and my clients love it too.

Arrived partially broken as the tip was completely gone and the bottom corners were chipped. The salt part was also attached slightly crooked to the base (which look very cheap). I would return my order but don't want the hassle of returning everything plus paying the shipping cost. The package it arrived in was also very unprofessional, as it was a standard USPS box that was damaged as well. Lastly, the box smelled of woman's perfume. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN!

...call me odd but I like the nice warm feel of this being on all the time, what with Winter being here and all... When I purchased this, it was around $22 and I was OK with that, not sure I'd purchase this for $40+...

Received my salt pyramid yesterday. Unlike some reviewers' experiences, mine was fully intact and the lamp turned on with the first rotation of the switch. The wooden platform was basic stained wood and made a good contrast to the pyramid. Some of the salt material seems to have migrated to the wiring connection and seems to have corroded it some but has not deteriorated it enough to cause a short or open. Color was more a tan than the ad pic but attractive. Pleased overall. My wife likes it too!
