I love it when our pool is 85+ degrees but my husband thinks it feels like bathwater, so I purchased this last summer to cool the pool down a bit for him. It did make a noticeable difference of about 5 degrees or more as soon as we had it connected for a day or two. We live in Texas so our summers heat gets up there and this makes a nice addition to our pool. Our 6 year old nieces think its fun to swim through the sprinkles too.
