Sleeves are tight and runs small.

This first shirt I ordered for my daughter, who is a very fit athlete, ran on the small side, the short sleeve was so tight, she couldn't get her arm in. I exchanged for next size up. Fit was good except the sleeve was very tight. My daughter really liked the tailored fit. I decided to keep it. I opened the sleeve hem and made it a notched hem, which is on the inner side so it is not seen. Still a little tight but she is good with it.

I think sizing up is probably best. A women's S should get this in size L. The shirt doesn't have much stretch. It is a bit see through, but an undershirt would fix that. It's exactly what I expected for the price.
