I personally don't know if this has helped me in any other way other than this...
I always ate Organic chicken however for a span of about 5 months I was in a place where I couldn't get it.
I was eating non organic chickens fed with nasty GMO and fed Growth hormones.
No joke I got so fat and my breasts exploaded two cup sizes and with this horrendous circumstance large painful lumps began to grow.

I changed my diet stopped eating that disgusting chicken altogether bought this and after a few months on this I have my body back.

The huge lump dissolved from my breast and they went back to a healthy state.
Thank god and this was the only thing I used to aid me in restoring my health.

Ladies and men the world is not as it once was please please eat organic in every way possible--a few dollars isn't worth your life or your child's reproductive health! It's no joke just how evil the food companies are out there!

Immediately felt the brain fog lifting. Have noticed less belly bloating from the estrogen therapy. Am wondering if it should be used every day or on a three week schedule.

I have struggled with hormone imbalance and terrible periods for years. My symptoms of night sweats, stomach problems, water retention, mood swings and bloating were no longer just occurring right before and during my period, but were starting like 2 weeks before and lasting the entire duration of my period. Obviously I was dealing with some hormone imbalances. It got so bad that I felt awful about 3 weeks out of the month, and only really felt normal for a week out of the month. I have been looking to buy this cream for a long time, but hesitated for a while because I know that progesterone slows down your digestion and I already have a sluggish system. I finally decided to give it a chance about 3 months ago because I just couldn't take feeling awful anymore. This cream has literally changed my life. I noticed the effects immediately. It actually has not caused me any additional stomach issues, if anything it has calmed my system down and helped relieve discomforts that I used to have. Excess estrogen can cause you to retain water, and obviously this helped balance out that problem. It has also completely balanced out my moods, I am no longer anxious and agitated throughout the day. I lost about 5lbs within the first week of using it and my weight has been completely stable throughout the month ever since, whether I am on my period or not. I am 5'5", 120lbs and athletic build, so I do not have much weight to lose, but my weight would fluctuate by about 10lbs all througout the month even though I eat healthy and exercise. That drove me absolutely nuts, I hate when my clothes fit one day and then are really tight the very next day. Since I started using this product my weight has completely stabilized probably due to not having all of the bloating and water retention anymore. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has symptoms that sound like mine. Playing around with hormones is no joke, so I wouldn't hurt to actually get your levels tested by a doctor before using any hormone replacements. I had been tested by a doctor about a year ago who specifically told me that my progesterone levels were pretty normal, but that my estrogen levels were too high. The added progesterone keeps that estrogen in check now and I feel like a new person.

Can't speak to how well it's working because I just started using it a couple of weeks ago, however I can say that I switched to this brand after another popular progesterone cream caused me to break out in a horrible rash. Since using Smoky mountain naturals the rash has disappeared I am very thankful for that, I have high hopes that this cream will help my estrogen dominance and now I don't need to wood about a nasty skin reaction! I also like the pump.

Really like new container. Just keep that lid on to keep from drying up. Good company and customer service good
