I have taken this on the road with me for over 21 months. I use it to take notes on customer sites. It is classy looking because it is leather and has the Swiss Gear logo on it. The pens do not fit in the pen holder, but I just put mine in the metal rings of the notebook inside and it stays secure and out of the way of the zipper.

This is what I've been looking for for SO long!! It works perfectly with my Moleskin/Livescribe pad. It looks expensive and is small and compact. This is the third one I've looked at and love it.

It's a nice little padfolio that is well made with plenty of pockets. It is also what is shown in the picture and in the written description. However, I really wanted something to use for a 5x8 notepad, which the title of this item implies. It contains an insert pocket to use with a ringed binder, which is included with the padfolio. I had hoped against hope that it would turn out to be a padfolio for a notepad, especially since some of the comments (shown as verified purchase) described it as such and one even included images showing exactly what I wanted.
For this product, the title description needs to be more accurate and the comments need to be relevant to the product that is actually being sold. I bought this on the basis of these specific things on the page. I am disappointed at not getting what I wanted, but I have to be honest that it is a good quality product, even though it doesn't satisfy my need.

This is very nice, smart looking and sturdy. I have two - one for keeping records at the gym and the other has my calendar. Inside are elastic bands for pens and I can fit my Samsung smart phone (in a case) in the inside pockets. The outside pocket is secure enough to hold checks from clients.

I've been looking all over for a good quality small size portfolio. I would have preferred one with a looseleaf binder in it, but sadly this just doesn't seem to be a thing that is made. However, this one takes a half-sized spiral binder which is OK for my needs. The materials feel very substantial and I expect this is going to last me a long time.
