Fan works great. Fits in my bedroom window that slides sideways perfectly. It makes the right amount of noise...humm that helps me sleep. The only thing I don't like, is that you have to take the fan out of window and flip it if you want to blow air out of your room. I like having the wind come into my room to cool it off. Also, the fan is slim enough to keep screen on window to keep bugs out. I have window secured with security pole to give me peace of mind. I keep my fan running from the afternoon to next morning everyday.

Impressed with the quality of materials and construction. Nice design. Good air flow for it's size. I'm getting another one. One suggestion, on the top and bottom put a label showing direction of air flow. With arrows. I know believe all those electrically reversible fans have compromised fan blades, so they can go both ways but they don't blow strongly in either direction. This fan the blades always turn One Direction and they are designed for maximum flow. You have to flip the fan around if you want air to go in a different direction which is fine by me because I would rather have the strong air flow. This really does blow more air than my larger electrically reversible fan.

Received this yesterday, June 21, and so far it works great at cooling off the room. It just fits out vertical sliding window which I am pleased about since it has been challenging to find a fan that will fit in vertical slider windows. All of the fans and window a/c's i have seen seem to be made for horizontal sliding windows only.

While it doesn't fit our oddly shaped windows, it does do a good job bringing in the cooler air at night. It comes with two spacers for one end and an extendable piece on the other. I like that it's labeled which is top or bottom. It makes a difference especially when installing it vertically. I'm considering getting another one or two and installing them side by side. They are quiet for window fans and look great.
