This machine works as it should. It copies with no loss, but why wouldn't it? It's digital data. One thing I did notice was.... the burn goes across the entire disc. Other burners leave a line of demarcation. In other words, if it's an hour burn, you can physically see where the burn ends. I really don't think it matters as the discs play fine. It's just that they had no answer as to why? And when questioned on the phone, they got irritated and hung up😂 not the best customer service....

I waited to write this review and I can keep it short and simple. I have owned many duplicators and this 1 to 1 machine has performed flawlessly for weeks now. I have thrown Cds, DVDs and mostly Blu Rays at it and not a hiccup. It has Copy and Compare which other machines do not have.
