I am ok with the product. My only problem is that the product usually look larger when ordering and is much smaller when you receive it, As soon as I become accustomed to sizes I believe I will do just fine when ordering. overall it was well packaged and there was no issue with it then.

These clasps seem to be of great quality - I have only used a couple at this point as I was making sure that they would work to shorten a particular necklace. Now that I know the customer is happy with the shortened product, I will be providing 80 necklaces. I'll update my review based on my experience after completion of the project

I ordered gold. These are a darker gold, like the 2nd photo posted in reviews, not like the light gold in the description photo. With that being said, they match half of my findings, but I still need to find a lighter gold clasp. These are nice quality. I have not had any duds so far so 4 stars for that.
