I looked at several mattress protectors before deciding on this one. Shopping for these can be very overwhelming. I chose this protector because after looking at several video reviews, it appeared to be one of the quietest. That was very important to me. It's also slightly more fuzzy than the others without being too thick. It feels very soft and cuddly and nice through the sheets. And it is very quiet. I like the way it fits and I have it on a fairly thick mattress. It doesn't change the way my memory foam bed feels at all. It did sleep a little hot the first night but after it had been on the bed a few days, it now sleeps much cooler. I guess it needs time to stretch out and open the little micro pores. Anyway, I love it and am very satisfied with the product.

We recently found out that my husband is allergic to dust mites. Every night he would toss and turn and scratch the rash that we now know was a reaction to dust mites (don't judge we all have them in our beds). He wouldn't wake up but I would... over and over and over again. He's not a small man and I'm a small-ish woman so his tossing and turning was like being on the losing end of a game of "popcorn" on a trampoline.
We put this on the bed last night and for the FIRST TIME IN MONTHS... maybe YEARS... He slept all night. No scratching, no tossing, no turning, no waking me up. Now if we could just get the dogs and kids to leave me alone I may yet get a full night myself!

Shrunk up so small it won't fit on the bed! Wish I had returned it. Very unhappy camper!

Review for the UltraPlush Waterproof Mattress Protector Quiet Cover - King sized.

Before the review I quicky wanted to say; I purchase quite a bit from Amazon because I'm disabled and I rely on these reviews. However, I stay reluctantly skeptical because of all the "review cheating' going on. Just so you know, we were not paid nor given this product or any incentive to review, we are just normal people with no stake in the fight (so to speak.)

A very very, picky, negative and extremely particular person with OCD (my boyfriend), purchased this mattress pad for his king-size mattress. We looked through mattress pads & their reviews for days and days. (He is so picky and reluctant that it often takes literal YEARS for him to purchase an item.)

He wanted something as soft as a sheet, washable, no noise (crinkly like you get with many waterproof sheets), and something that didn't make you sweat when you sleep on it. After checking out many of these we settled on this one because of the video review on it where the guy actually touched and showed the product throughly, and 99% of the reviews seemed positive.

He wasn't disappointed! This sheet so far is perfect! It is VERY quiet. It washed well but took a while to dry, so he recommends putting in 2 dry towels when drying it, and "catch it on spin to turn the furry side out," (He is dictating this review because he has been contemplating the purchase of his own laptop for at least 10 years now but hasn't purchased one yet, and don't even get me started on the lack of internet service at his house!) It fits the bed really well, and it's so quiet you can't even tell it's on the bed!!!

This has been an excellent purchase, so if you are looking for a well-fitting, washable, comfortable, quiet waterproof sheet/mattress pad; THIS IS THE ONE!!!

Soooo happy with this purchase!!

My boyfriend took the camper this past weekend. He thought the camper was level and left the A/C running while he was out. It ended up dripping onto the bed (which is directly underneath the unit) for about 5 hours. Everything was soaked; pillows, blankets, sheets, and this mattress protector. The only thing that wasn't wet was the mattress thanks to the protector. He said he wrung out the mattress protector a few times and it had enough water to fill a 5 gallon bucket! Definitely would recommend this product!
