Adjustable band makes It easy To adjust pressure on the toe. Silicone based cushions depend on the loop stretching, but it is still too tight. This is a much better way to handle the problem with hammer toes.

These are well made and get the job done. They are smooth and do not irritate the skin. These last a lot longer if you wash them by hand rather than in the washing machine. With hand washing, I only have to replace a three-pack about once a year, and that's with daily use. I only wish the company offered packs of larger quantities at a deeper discount.
