Before tasting it, If your mind can picture the look, taste and texture of bulgar oats or wheat, that's half the battle lol. This stuff is a little more grainy, but I'm ok with that...I have always cooked oatmeal for less time than recommended because I like the chewier taste...makes me feel like I'm eating really healthy and my body is using more energy to digest lol. Also, rather than water, I used half cup Fairlife milk (only 3 carbs and has high protein, lactose free and tastes great) and 1 pack Stevia. This package will last me for quite a while because I don't eat hot breakfast cereals as often as I eat bacon or sausage and eggs....but, I love having the option, now. Also, very filling.

I was looking for a keto substitute to oatmeal and I stumbled upon this. You get a good amount of oatmeal considering the keto portion size, and the fact that I won't eat it often. The price is obviously more expensive than regular oats, but that's a given considering this involves a lot more ingredients and procedures than plain old oats. The consistency is very similar to oatmeal and it's not as grainy as I thought it was going to be. It also has just enough texture (through the coconut) that gives bite and won't make you feel like you're eating baby food. Despite most positives to this alternative, I will not be reordering. The cinnamon is way too strong for me personally. I have very good taste buds, especially during keto, so the cinnamon is overwhelming. I would not recommend it to someone who's sensitive to cinnamon or has very good taste buds. Otherwise it's a great oatmeal alternative for those of us that have dietary concerns.

Tastes good. Decent mouth feel. If you're preparing ahead of time to bring to work, definitely use less water than recommended in the directions or maybe throw in some chia seed to absorb some of the moisture if you want it less soupy and more chunky. This product has a very good taste.

it is not bad. I add some blueberries and a couple of walnuts and it taste nice.

I got my first very small bag in a health food grocery store and loved it. The larger size here on Amazon and much cheaper price was a no brainer for me.
Delicious and filling-what breakfast should be! All made out of nuts. So good!
