Product did not adhere to concrete. Company very condescending and would not stand behind the product.

I applied this product to a concrete pond that I built by hand. The concrete was set and let to cure for 3 weeks before the rubberseal was applied. I followed all instructions per the label for drying requirements between coats and before adding water. I added water and discovered there was a leak, but could not get around to addressing it for a couple weeks. When I was able to drain out the now dirty water, I discovered that the rubberseal was coming off. Note that in the pictures I was in the process of removing the dirty water so there is still some dirt on the concrete. The concrete was clean and dry when the product was applied.

I called Inflow Solutions to discuss the issue, but they were very unhelpful and even condescending to me on the phone. They requested pictures so I took some and emailed them. They were not willing to provide any assistance besides pointing the blame at either me or Amazon. I answered all of their questions and followed the label, but on the phone they mentioned that if the humidity levels are high then basically the label is not correct and drying times need adjusted. How are you supposed to properly apply the product if the label is not detailed enough? They also stated that the concrete was "too rough" for the rubberseal to adhere. Again, there is nothing on the label stating that the surface must be very smooth. It is advertised as being appropriate for concrete, with no restrictions mentioned besides it being clean and dry. They also stated that once they sell the product to Amazon that it is out of their jurisdiction because they don't know how long it sat at Amazon's warehouse and in what environment.

I then called Amazon, who was willing to work with me and at least attempted to rectify the situation with a partial refund. I am still out a lot of money that I paid for a product that doesn't work. And I don't believe that Amazon should have to pay for the product's failure because the company wouldn't.

i did a foundation wall, i put on as many coats as i could until i ran out, just kept getting thicker, so i felt good about it. not water issues but we did overkill on drainage etc, so it was just added protection to sleep better at night
Works As Advertised.

Covers surfaces easily using a brush or roller but I would suggest at least 2 coats wherever you use it. Another great thing is that it's environmentally friendly.
Excellent sealant for multiple surfaces.

I used this product to repair a roofing leak. I have used other products in the past, but nothing near as easy to apply and has the same results. The large pail is pricy but product seems superior to anything I've ever used. It dries quickly and remains rubbery and very pliable. Other materials turned out dry and hard. And then later cracked. I have two room additions on our vacation home. The roofing seams expand and contract with the seasons. I believe that the elasticity of this product is what separates from others. Again, while I thought it was expensive, but the quality and ease of application makes it a worthwhile choice. I have two more gallons to seal the ornamental pond in the spring. Application with a paint roller on a pole is so very easy.
Great for waterproofing concrete waterfall

I used Rubberseal to waterproof a concrete waterfall that was leaking. I did 3-4 coats of the black version (better waterproofing than the gray), and then 3 coats of the light gray. It worked very well and seems to be very durable. One word of caution though, the light gray version I received was almost white. So for concrete, I should probably have bought the dark gray. I had to add 3oz of black color to make the light gray version darker.
