Have had unit installed with pre filter in front for about a month now. Have not noticed any difference with ppm or chemical test strips from previous water.
Bought zero water filter 23 pitcher. 0ppm and instant chemical strip changes. 40 dollars compared to 500? Very disappointed as we just started a family and wanted to have a house with clean safe water. Look elsewhere!
