I bought it without realizing it has polysorbate 60 was used in the paper packs. I am displeased that I did not read closer.

I've tried several brands of coconut milk, and I like this one the best. It doesn't have guar gum or other fillers. I like to pour it into a glass jar and use a lid that has a pour spout. It the winter time, I usually have to place the carton in hot water for a few minutes, and shake well, because it is often very thick, and sometimes hard to pour out. The taste is great, we often have it over Jasmine rice, or I use it to make a curry sauce (some Tumeric added to 1 or 2 teaspoons of red curry paste, splash of fish sauce, and a bit of brown sugar, along with this coconut milk, makes a nice yellow curry sauce).
