This cornmeal cooked up perfectly. It works in everything that I need cornmeal. My aunt requested this because she missed this brand from the west coast and can't get enough of it. More will be ordered soon.

THE ONLY PROBLEM ORDERING THROUGH AN OUTLET IS THE EXPIRATION DATE. I'VE HAD TO THROW AWAY SOME FROM PREVIOUS ORDER DUE TO EXPIRATION NOTICE.

I have never had this growing up, but wanted to try some Southern recipes for my transplanted husband. They are a hit. This seller was excellent - the first group arrived with one of the boxes damaged. A replacement was quickly sent. Everything that I have made so far has been quickly and gratefully devoured. I would like to believe it is my skill, but suspect it has more to do with the quality of the ingredients. ; )
